Do you have a friend or relative in the hospital? Would you like to get in touch but don't want to disturb them in their sleep? If so, you may send an e-mail through Volunteer Services. The e-mail will be printed and delivered directly to the patient. Simply fill out the form below and hit send. This service is presented as a courtesy by the Heartland Health Volunteers. The e-mail will be delivered between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. In the event that a patient has been discharged prior to delivery, we will mail the message through the regular postal service if you will include the patient's postal address in your message below.
