Michael Pulido joined Heartland Health in 2001 as the team leader of Human Resources. In 2005 he became the process leader and in 2009 the chief human resources officer. Michael earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Houston in 1989. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Leadership Development Facilitator, Development Dimensions International (DDI). Michael is also a Fellow, with the Healthcare Advisory Board. Michael donates his time and talent to Missouri Western State University's Craig School of Business Advisory Council, United Way, Success by 6 Business Council and St. Joseph School District Profit in Education Council.
